Terms of Service
These terms cover general use of the reyden.ir website by ReyDen ("we", "us"), an internationally-operating software studio. They're a plain-language summary, not a substitute for a signed service agreement. Any actual client engagement is governed by its own written contract/statement of work, which takes precedence over anything here.

1Using this site
This site is provided to showcase our products and client work and to let visitors get in touch about a project. You agree not to misuse it: no attempts to disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site (including the admin panel).
2Client engagements
Submitting the contact form or emailing marketing@reyden.ir starts a conversation, not a contract. Scope, pricing, timeline, payment terms, and intellectual property ownership for any actual project are set out in a separate written agreement before work begins. Unless that agreement says otherwise, ownership of custom-built deliverables transfers to the client upon final payment; ReyDen retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio.
3Cost and time estimates
The figure shown on the estimate page is only an approximate guess. It is not a contract and not a final price. The final price and schedule for each project are set in a separate written agreement, and if they differ from the estimate, the price in that agreement governs.
4Our own products
Products listed under "Our Products" (e.g. ReyLive, ReyLink, ReyUpload) are separate services with their own usage terms where applicable. Several are offered on an as-is, self-hosted, or invite-only basis and may change or be discontinued at any time.
5Disclaimer & liability
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. This limitation doesn't apply to obligations set out in a separate signed client agreement.
6Governing terms
We operate internationally and work with clients across multiple jurisdictions. Any dispute arising from a specific client engagement is governed by the jurisdiction and terms agreed in that engagement's own written contract; this page does not itself designate a governing law. This page is a general-purpose starting point and hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction. Please have it reviewed before relying on it for a real dispute.
